Q. It asked for my address, are you shipping something to me?

A. Nope! The only things I ship are physical items such as polaroids and clothing! Everything else is sent via your email address that is provided.


Q. I ordered a photoset/video and still have not received it, what do I do?

A. Items can take up to 24 hours to send, if it has been past 24 hours and you still have not received it, please e-mail me at [email protected] . Be sure to also check your junk/spam box, just in case~!


Q. Can I get a refund?

A. I'm sorry, no! All sales are final! The only time I send out refunds is if you accidentally purchased a photoset twice.

A. Yes! Below is the accepted payment methods. Please attach only the name of the set to your payment methods.
